The guest house and Spa Seleucus, in the traditional Seli of Imathia, with the unique architecture integrates in proportion to the landscape of the settlement of Kato Vermio (Seli), being a model of the use of traditional architectural style, taking shape in a contemporary perception as an entity, with strict criteria of comfort and aesthetics.
Emotionally tight with the place of origin of his ancestors, the manufacturer and owner of the guest house and Spa Seleucus, Alexandros Touloumakos, started the building of it in spring 2007. The construction of the building finished in summer 2009 and until the beginning of its operation, at Christmas 2010, the premises were equipped and brought to perfection with and personal care.

Glorious historical personality the Macedonian Seleucus A’Nikator, was one of the most glorious generals worldwide and a beloved fellow traveler of Alexander the Great in his crusades in the depths of Asia. The winning battles of the Macedonian troops under his guidance established him as the founder of the empire and dynasty of Seleucus. He was married twice, divorcing his second wife, Stratoniki and leaving his dear son Antioxo from his first marriage with the queen of Persia Apama, due to the great affection she had towards him, to marry her, when he revealed to his father his fiery love for her.
